Anika’s simple christmas dessert ideas
Christmas chocolate mint ice cream sandwich:
Ingredients:
- chocolate biscuits
- 2 litres of mint choc chip ice cream
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1 bottle of ice magic
Steps:
- Lay 12 chocolate cookies out with the flat side facing up. Match them with similar sized chocolate cookies and place them facing up too.Scoop a spoonful of chocolate mint ice cream onto 12 of the cookies
- Place the leftover cookies on top.
- Press the cookies together slightly so that the ice cream comes right up to the edges.Press the cookies together slightly so that the ice cream comes right up to the edges.
- Press the ice cream sandwiches into the sprinkles so all f the sides are covered.
- Drizzle over the white chocolate Ice Magic.
- Serve straight away so it doesn’t melt.

I meee Mia. I have been wondering about what you have been up to. I was looking though your blog, and I was so amazed of all of the recipes you made. I miss you sooooo much and I hope i can see you again. I love my new school, and I can’t believe that we finish this Friday! (7/12/2017). Anyway I hope you hade a great school year, had lots of fun excursion’s and a great teacher and classroom.

i not sure you know but i got a new puppy as well, we got her last year in October, i can’t put a picture up because it won’t let me but she is a cavoodle like Mangoe but she is a mini cavoodle her name is Coco, by the way how is Mangoe going, is he well behaved. i would presume that he has grown a bit since the last time i saw him. I have made friends at my new school and it is going well, i still miss Moonee ponds primary and all the friends which one of them is you. I really miss you and hope you are going well at your school!!!
Have you seen Grace lately i have seen her 2, and her school is going well!!!!

I am so sorry that I haven’t written to you in ages!!! How is your new puppy going? I bet that she has been very well behaved and adorable! Mango has grown lots and he is so cheeky and funny. Recently, my grandma got a new kitten! Her name is Billie and she is so tiny! I miss you loads and I wish that we could see eachother soon.
I haven’t seen Grace since I left the school. If you see her, can you please pass on a message that I miss her so much and that i hope she is enjoying her new school. I am happy to hear that you have made friends at your new school and that is it going well.
Have you started your school holidays yet? I finished year 5 last week. Now I get 8 weeks of holidays, however I still need to go swimming 4 times a week. For the holidays we are hoping that we can go to Queensland for a few weeks and then we are going to Melbourne for a bit. What are you doing on the holidays??? Any plans???

Sorry I haven’t replied in ages! I don’t use my school computer much because my school uses ipads not computer! Started grade 6! it is going amazingly, how is year 6?
On the holidays we stayed in Anglesea for most of the holidays. I saw Grace on the holidays! She came down to Melbourne!
we got 5 and half weeks off on the holidays. so your very lucky!
